I was asked to host a get-together for my friend with only days notice. Everything was coming together nicely, catering, servers, bartender, music and decorations. I hired a maid service to do a thorough cleaning two days before the event. I left the key for them to enter the residence while I was away. When I returned I was very disappointed with their service. I began going over what they had done including spot clean the carpet. I don't think they even vacuumed. A co-worker told me to contact Millennium and I immediately located their number and gave them a call. They arrived promptly the following day and my worries were over! They were very polite and professional. I explained my dilemma. They not only cleaned my entire carpet but they cleaned places that the maid service rushed over. We contacted Millennium Carpet and Commercial Cleaning Services about maintaining our facility. They came in, cleaned the carpet, stripped and waxed the floors and took care of other office needs. They did all of this over the weekend, upon returning to office on Monday morning I was simply amazed at how fresh and clean everything looked.
The floors had such a high shine that I thought they were still wet, but they weren’t. They did such a fine job and I would recommend them at every opportunity. If you want it done right and in a timely manner, and as the slogan states on their van, “When we check in, the dirt checks out” is as promised.
